The Harvest Sun music Fest is a small festival with a big heart!  Our primary goal is to bring awareness of, and support to, the family farm and agriculture in general. We do this by providing a forum for farming organizations to create awareness of their cause through music and the arts.  We are working in partnership with ‘Farmers with Disabilities’ and the ‘Farm and Rural Stress Line’ to achieve this goal. We strive to support Manitoba performers and artists rst and foremost, and have maintained an all-canadian line-up througout the festival’s duration.


We are currently heading into our seventh year as a festival, and we are very excited about what the future holds for us!  We are hosting the 3rd annual farmers market where local producers can sell their wares for free, and are excited to play host to some wonderful manitoba farmers and gardeners
offering up organic produce, naturally raised prairie beef, jewelery, preserves and much more!


Our line up is turning out to be fantastic, and our sound production is some of the best that you will find on the Canadian festival circuit as we are fortunate to have John Cookshaw of the Winnipeg Folk Festival heading up our sound department! A beer garden will also be set up on site, offering strictly Manitoba Brewed beverages!
